Not every client arrives at the spa seeking complete silence or a massage that leads them towards sleep. Some people arrive tired, with a heavy body, a scattered mind and a sense of low energy, but want to leave with more vitality, focus and a clearer connection to the body.

During the Energising Thai Massage, I begin by understanding this initial state. I observe breathing, posture, the areas where tension appears more accumulated and the way the person describes their fatigue. From there, I adapt the rhythm and intensity so that the treatment has a revitalising intention while continuing to respect each client’s comfort.

The Thai herbal poultices bring a very special dimension to the experience. Contact, pressure and warmth help prepare the body to receive more energetic movements, while the energising oil accompanies the massage with a more awakening aromatic sensation. It is a ritual with presence, movement and intention.

For me, this massage is suitable for anyone who feels the need to restart the day from within. At the end, we want the client to feel lighter, more awake and more available, as though the body has recovered space and energy.
