Golfers Recovery
120€
Release back tension with a deeply relaxing massage while a nourishing facial mask revitalizes and brightens the skin. A refreshing way to end the day and minimize sun damage.
What makes this ritual special, according to Débora
For therapist Débora Nunes, the defining quality of Golfers Recovery is the way it has been designed specifically for after a round of golf. The therapist does not simply perform a back massage: the touch is adapted to the fatigue of the day, accumulated tension and the client’s general condition. The nourishing facial mask complements the experience by bringing freshness and comfort to skin that has been exposed to the outdoor environment.
Recommended for anyone who…
- Plays golf and feels tension in the back, shoulders or neck after the game.
- Spends many hours outdoors and wants to refresh the skin at the end of the day.
- Is looking for a short, complete experience connected to the world of golf.
- Values a combination of localised massage and nourishing facial care.
Débora Nunes’s perspective
During the Golfers Recovery ritual, I know that the client often arrives after a demanding day outdoors. Golf involves repeated movements, accumulated tension in the back, shoulders and neck, and exposure of the skin to sun, wind and changes in temperature. I therefore begin by understanding how the person feels: whether they are more tired, feel stiffness, prefer deeper pressure or need a calmer pace.
The back massage is the first moment of genuine pause. I use enveloping and relaxing movements that are always adjusted to each client’s sensitivity, paying particular attention to the areas that tend to become more overloaded after playing. The aim is to create comfort, release accumulated tension and allow the body to slow down.
The nourishing facial mask then adds a different dimension to the ritual. It is designed to refresh and revitalise the skin after outdoor exposure without turning the experience into a long or complex facial. I appreciate this combination because it responds to two very specific needs: a body asking for rest and a face asking for freshness.
At the end, I want the client to feel that they have completed the day with care, with a lighter back, more comfortable skin and a calm feeling of recovery.
